ICN DIVISIONS
ICN Europe has several Major Divisions, which in turn may be broken down into several classes. This page is a general overview.
WHICH DIVISION AM I?
Our sport deals with individuals who have vastly different genetic makeup, competition ambition and potential for muscular development. Hence the sport offers a range of divisions as our diagram illustrates. Although genetics and goal setting will determine ultimately what division a female competitor wants - you can imagine with more training and dieting, over time, a competitor could develop along this "sliding scale" of division objectives.
For specifics on objectives for the classes look bellow.
